Beginning To Stock

I am about to stock my first fish in my 75 gallon FOWLR. I was offered a Niger Triggerfish for free but am not sure if they can be stocked with the fish I want to have. I would like the following -

5 Blue/Green Chromis
3-4 Ocelaris Clownfish


Please advise if the Niger Triggerfish would be adequate with the above stocking.
