Hey all,
Got general cure going for my tank. I also got some live plants (water wisteria) because my tetras needed a bit more shade. Tank's a little cloudy, but I hope this will help. I cut the foam part of my carbon filter off and sandwiched it between two canister filter sponges so all the carbon is out, and I still have my bb. Thanks to everyone who helped, really hope this gets my fish well.

It sunk about half way. I accidentally left it out yesterday instead of soaking it so . Yea hope this nips it in the bud, I've heard good things about general cure .

Just noted comment you have an azalea root. I think you may find that is poisonous. Like Rhododendrons

What?! It's sold in fish shops here as a good driftwood to have. I've a big piece in my 127L tank

Maybe it has been treated with something. You can google it if you like. The only wood I would every use in a tank is hard wood that is from the beach, then I boil it to remove as much of the salt as possible.

Googled - everything says it is safe. Also that driftwood sold in fish shops are Aquarium safe.

I got mine from a shop run by a marine biologist and have good faith in the shop.
