I have been lurking in the shadows for a couple of days and decided to say hello! I have very much enjoyed reading the posts here and am shocked at some of the tanks people have setup....they are awesome! I found this site while hunting for information on White Cloud Minnows and their eggs. I have not had fish for a long time and currently have a 2" turtle in a 55 gallon tank along with guppies, white clouds, ghost shrimp, 3 plecos, and 2 singapore shrimp. The guppies (which have more babies than I have ever seen!) and white clouds were originally purchased as (I hate to say it) feeders for my turtle......he so far (3 months) has not been interested. The tank was so huge that I have since added the others. It's amazing how much time I spend sitting infront of the tank just watching! I am loving it and most likely will be getting another tank soon as I know that anything put in there with my turtle may become turtle food and I have developed quite a liking for all of them!
