If it already has stuff in it, then I wouldn't recommend using that recipe or adding other stuff.

mine come at 2 oclock in the afternoon thawed out,deep green and smelt like a 2 day old kebab,iam going to make my own next time,at least i know it will be fresh,and i know what will be in it and i think it will be a lot cheaper,,kenny

if youre going to buy cubes. go with hikari brand, its much better.

making your own is cheaper (if you assume your time is free), but it is not a pleasant job IMO [& ive done it by the freezer full in the past)

green will be from spirulina

BH smells like 2 day old kebab when it is made....

personally I can no longer be bothered (OK I just dont have the time) & just buy it in
