Hi, i'm new to this forum, but not new to the hobby. I've got a couple of questions to ask, and would appreciate help from all of you guys. Thing is, i have a tank (2ftx1.5ftx1.5ft), and i used to do up this heavily planted tank, with moss on driftwoods, CO2 tank, high watt lights and all.. However, i got kinda sick, cos with heavily planted tanks, there's lots of work, which inc constantly replanting, withering, clearing of dropped leaves etc..... make no mistake, but back then, i really love the look of it, like an underwater jungle and all.. Absolute beauty.
However now, i would like a totally new look to my tank. I've seen some beautiful marine tanks with no plants at all, but only consisting of rocks... My question is, is it possible to do up a really beautiful tropical tank, with limited or not plants, just rocks and driftwood, and yet able to create a beautiful natural habitat consisting of little communities of small fishes like tetras, BBG etc ?? I've search this entire forum for pictures of plantless tanks but no avail. Anybody knows where i can get pics to draw ideas from ?? THANKS A MIL !!
