barb mating rituals

Hi,

Two of my barbs, golden tiger barb amd a green moss barb are constantly following one another, swimming beside each other and nipping each others mouths......it almost looks as though they are kissing but in a very aggressive manner


I was wondering if this has anything to do with matng or is this just their normal aggressions. What i find weird is that i have another barb, tiger barb that they occasionally chase but apart from that basically leave him alone.

Any ideas anyone?? Any help would be appreciated.
