Banded cichlids are a common name for Chromides, not Severums. Which are strictly brakish fish, so therefor can not be kept with any of the fish you mentioned.
All the fish you mentioned can be kept together provided the tank is big enough(i suggest 75 gallon plus if you're keeping all of them)
And make sure you dont get pairs for the convicts and jewels because they WILL spawn and they get ultra aggresive and start killing everything that goes near it
