Balloon mollies

I recently pruchased 2 female orange balloon mollies adn put them in the same tank with one male white molly. The male one used to run after the females. At first, I though they were mating, but I found this afternoon, that one of my females has its back fin somewhat torn and left front fin eaten up.

Can any explain? Thxn

males are just aggresive towards females....
Get a few more females to distribute the aggression more so one is not pick on very much.
