Hi, FishFingers5 here...
I need some help, I have 2 male Balloon Mollies and 2 female Balloon Mollies, and we think the female may possibly be pregnant. We have been reading these forums, and they tell me that the females would be fatter, which mine are, and they would have a black spot at the back of their belly. I have seen a black spot on one of my fish, but the other, I haven't had for 24 hours yet, and I haven't seen one. How big is this spot supposed to be? I saw a very tiny one on its bottom, is supposed to be right where its bottom is? Plus, that spot has gone now, was it supposed to go after a while or was it supposed to stay until they've had there babies?
Also, my female Mollies, where fatter than the males, when I brought them. I know this sounds like a stupid question, but does that mean that the father, is most likely to be back at shop, that I got it from, if I only brought 2 fish at a time?
Thanks for reading.
