Balloon Longfin Rams

I was looking at my LFS and I saw some of what were called balloon longfin rams. After a tedious search online, I came up with no information about these awesome-looking fellows. Does anyone have any info, such as compatability, max. size, sexing, preferred diet, and any other tidbits anyone may know, from experience or otherwise. Thanks a lot!
