Hi,

Would 6 Bala sharks be okay in my tank with these tank mates?:

1x Albino Corydoras
1x Peacock Goby
2x Sailfin Pleco (10" and 6")
20x Neon Tetras
3x Pearl Danios
2x Rainbow Fish
2x YoYo Loaches
5x Harlequins
5x Glowlight Tetras

My tank is 151 x 51 x 66 cm

So about 130 gallons? I'd say no.

By the way many of your fish are in too-small groups. Corydoras, tetras, danios, rainbowfish and yoyo loaches should all be in groups of 6+, so you would be better off addressing that.

Not only do I agree with soy's post, except for the yoyos which should be at least 3 and more is better. I would also point out that the two gibbys will grow to over 16 inches.

Sailfins? Don't they grow huge too?

Balas grow up to 14 inches. 6x14 inch is a lot of fish.

As said above, I'd sort out your current stocking.

Balas (silver) sharks are large skittish fish, they arely calm down in an aquarium and you need a seriously big one for this active shoaler.

If not they tend to 'bolt' at the slightest noise/movement and inevitable ram the side glass damaging themselves.
