Bala Shark

I have just recently bought a ten gallon aquarium and would like to know if i can get a bala shark in there and if I can how long before i have to get a new tank?

Balas need a 75+ gallon tank and they get to 13 to 16" in length. They are best kept in groups of 3 plus.(+) The more you have the happier they will be, but then the more you have the bigger the tank you need.

They are better off being kept by advanced fish keepers because of their tank requirements. Beginners often get them not knowing how big they will get, due to lack of inadequate advise by the local fish person.

My advise would be to wait until your absolutely ready or experienced enough. They will be there when your ready.
