Hi i have recently bought 2 goldfish and I’m having problems with the water. I can’t tell if I have bacteria bloom or algae bloom
Can anyone help me please

A photo may help, and some data (tank size, fish present, was it cycled, water change schedule, etc); but if it is an algae bloom the water will be green. A whitish cloudiness or haze is a bacterial bloom, or it can be an organic bloom, or a diatom bloom (not to be confused with diatom brown algae, something else).

As Byron mentioned, if it's milky white then it's a bacterial blood, usually caused by uneaten food or a filter that hasn't established yet. Reduce feeding and do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day until it clears.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

If the water has a green tinge to it, then it is single celled algae and can be controlled by reducing light or adding more live plants.
