Backgrounds

Hi all,

well some of you may have seen my other thread where i saw my baby king tiger behind my background. Well tonight i couldnt find him again, so peeled back the background a bit more still no sign..then more..and more until its in my hand

and i will add...the bloody king tiger wasnt behind there (i later saw 2 of them come out the log...)

no how can i re attach the background as the tanks obviously full, can they be attached outside? and if so what with?

also any backgrounds better than others? or is it purely decoration

Blue or black is most preferred.
Pics are for decoration, closing in the back helps the fish feel more secure.
My backgrounds are both blue. 1 is sellotaped to the back and the other is a sticky back vinyl (was already on the tank when I got it).

My backgrounds are sellotaped onto the tank, you could also use blue tack. As for backgrounds pick something you like.

Using a tissue or something, spread vaseline or veg oil over the front of the background. This will then 'stick' to the outside of your tank. Any gaps of air can be manouvred away using a credit card. HTH.
