Both of those backgrounds are very attractive and your tank is just as lovely with either one of them.

But, my personal preference is the first one. I like the warmer feeling that the green gives more than the more cool and calm one of the blue background.

i'd pick the green one because the contrast would better compliment the red of your platies (who are so cute!)

I'll have to agree with everyone above... I rarely like leafy backgrounds but that one was just subtle enough and complimented your tank beautifully.

Number 1, you look like you are going for a natural look with your gravel, rock and plants. If this is so I would go with the green, but really just go with whatever you like best

I would go with the first one too; the 2nd blue background is nice but doesn'y realy do the rest of the tank much justice, on the other hand the first one compliments the plants more and suits the decor better.

The 1st one. But I do kind of like the 2nd, it reminds me of a tropical sea....
