Back From Holiday To Ich...........

Had a 4 day mini break away with friends and got back last night to find most of my fish are each displaying 3 or 4 tiny white grain like spots on their fins and bodies. I think it's defninitely ich and luckily I had some protozin in my cupboard and was able to administer a dose straight away. I didn't do a water change first because it was really late last night when I got back. I'm not sure whether I should do a water change today and continue with the meds or whether it's best to let to meds build up and do a big water change after the last dose?

My temperature is currently at 26. I had set it at 28 and the temp on my tank was reading 29. I've lowered it this morning to 26 because I'm worried that 28 might be a bit hot for my cories.

Any advice please?

Check your ammonia, nitrites and nitrates to see what level theya re before deciding. Raise the temp to 80f and add extra air which will boost immune systems and help fight infection.
If the water isnt perfect then do a water change and restart the meds.
With Protozin you should keep your lights off until the course is run.
