Back From Holiday, Plants Looking Abit Ill...

Hi, my tank is cycling at the moment and I left it for a week whilst I went on holiday. I left it with a nutrafin co2 thingy (still bubling, although there is a fluffy white mass stuck to the bubble output nozzle) and before I went i put some nutrafin plant fertiliser in too.

I came back to find my plants in a worse state than when I left them. There are four amazon swords and a long grassy thing (not sure what its called) The plants nearer the co2 ladder are much greener than the others.

There are no fish in the tank, will this make a differnce?
