one of my baby mollies has a yellow looking lump underneath her- is she deformed? She seems lively.

I did have some danios in there earlier on in week, but they didnt seem to spawn-could it be a danio with its egg attached-am very new to breeding,

Depending on the colour of the molly parents. Most molly babies are black, white.

Daino fry look like tiny hairs and usually cling on to things.

it must be a molly then as its black and quite big for a baby fish, any ideas what the yellow lump is on the underneath, non of the others have it?

It sounds a lot like a yolksac, maybe the fish just hasn't used up all the nutrients in the sac. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
