Baby Mollies!

I woke up this morning to find 5 baby black mollies swimming around my tank!! I wonder if there were more and they got eaten... I put them in the breeder with my 7 baby guppies but I noticed 3 of them spending most of their time at the bottom of the breeder trap...any particular reason why? How may babies does a moly have on average?

Congrats on the babies! I think it varies on how many babies they usually have. It depends on the size of the fish, usually 10-35 babies I would say. Although, I have a few small platies that only had around 7 each.
