my female dropped with her 2nd load of fry the other day (all of first fry were found dead there was only 3 of them) and iv found 4 fry so far . could only cathc 2 of them and out them into a breeding net. im sure the 2nd 2 fry were not there the first time i saw the other 2 so could my molly be having her fry in stages as she still seems big. iv heard of swords doing this but never mollies

I've heard mollies do that. Drop fry in stages. I'll notice some fry in the tank and my mollie will still look big an pg. My last molly babies are a year old now and breeding for the tifst time, yay! (first time with a male in the tank since they were born.)

how long will i have keep them in the breeding net??

caught the other 2 so have four in the net and there a 5th in the tank but impossible to find again

they will grow that quick?? iv clown loaches in the tank and a big female molly and thought id have to keep them in there longer

ok caught the 5th baby now thank god for some reason there easy to catch in morning as i caught 3 of the 5 in morning. im surpised by the different colours in the fish as first 2 are jet black next two are brown and last one is grey. they come from a black molly and a dalmation molly

i have had dalmation+black mollies that have bred i got a variety of colours as well. spotted brown+white, silver+black, plain black, and plain silver

cool so i cold have a bigger variety of fish and iv a dalmation tats possibly pregnant yay more babies

I bred to dalmation mollies together and got all dalmation mollies, go figure! I had a batch of 5o babies before, and had to move them after 2 week's into a 20g, but i was feeding Baby Brine Shrimp.

im feeding them crushed flake and they feeding happily on it or do i need some other food

Crushed up food will work fine. You just need to keep the babies safe until they're too big to fit into any of the other fishs' mouths.

il keep them in there for a month i tink iv clown loaches tat eat evrything that they can get a huge female molly thats the biggest iv ever seen more smaller mollies guppies swords and danios ( i actually saved a fry after a danio spat it out)
