I noticed there was a small ginger fry in my tank when i came home from work.

When i looked one of the guppies had gave birth again.

This one was quickly eater.

I watched for others and caught them in the net.

I only managed to save 4 i made my own container to keep them separate out of a plastic tub with the bottom cut out with some netting over the bottom. Quite large.

One thing i want to know is how do i keep theese 4 lil guys alive & how long till they can go in my tank with

A bristlenose 1.5inch
6 guppies
3 platinum testras
5 neons
3 cherry platys
Apple snail

Also i only have 1 female and the rest male guppies. SHould i buy another famale as i did have 3 but 2 died

Thanks

It'll be up to 2 months until they are at a decent size to go back into the main tank. Give them the best diet possible and you should get results in good spates of growth.

As for keeping them alive, just the usual! Try and use a filter in any situation, or a good degree of water changes. And make sure they are at a good temperature!

you should have 3-4 females for every 1 male guppy so you need to either get rid of your female or buy alot more females.

As for keeping your fry alive feed every 3-4 hours with crushed flak, liquid fry food or a powder food, you can just crush the normal food very small I pour a bit in the lid then use the back of a teaspoon I try not to use my fingers because the smell doesn't wash off.

Fry are easy to keep and watch out as you may still find some in the main tank I never seperate my fry and i always have loads.
