I went to lfs and they sell baby guppies as feeder (15 for $1). I was looking for live bloodworms and he told me that I can even use baby guppies for feeding community fishes too. These guppies are probably 1cm size. Should these be feeded to community fishes (danio zebra, black and neon tetra, rasborra, 1+ inch guppies).

No, absolutely not. None of the fish you list are piscavors (fish eaters) and will not benefit from being fed live fish.

Stick to feeding a mixture of prepared foods like a good quality flake and pellet and give them occasional small live or frozen foods like daphnia and bloodworm.

They're opportunistic piscivores, so they generally don't need the fry.

1 cm is definitely too big for the fish mentioned, and with frozen bloodworms, you don't have to worry about parasites and random diseases. Therefore, stick with what you went in there to get (though CFC's suggested alternative, daphnia, would probably suit your fish better than blodworms, being easier for them to eat). :p
