baby fry as soon as i got home

ok i got my tank cycled i went to the lfs that my gf owns got 3 guppies and put them in the tank next thing i new there were like 40 fry in the tank called the gf told her what happened she said no way i said yup so she said put them in the hospital tank got off the phone and the other female was just giving birth now i have like 65 fry

Yep, that's guppies for you At one of the auctions at my local aquarium society meeting, they had a bag with a couple guppies, and the auction guy looked in the bag and one of the females had given birth, so instead of just a couple adult guppies you were auctioning for a bag of fry too, haha

hey thats real cool. are they the feeder types or fancy? you should expect quite a number of fry. mine usually drop every week about 5 at a time. i think i have guppy/endlers crosses and im excited to grow them out
