we had some eggs then we noticed they was moving about they .how soon can we take the fry out to try and raise them and what kind of food will be better for the fry to eat ,, any ideas people ,,

Cons are one of the easiest nw cichlids to breed, the parents take care of the fry. I've raised them on nothing but finely crushed flake & a little bbs. There's no need to remove the fry cons are excellent parents.

do you think some will live though as there is loads of them ,, im worried other fish may eat them but the parent do chase the other fish off hahah no 1 is allowed near that corner or they will get nibbled ,,
