Baby Angel Fish

My angle, would follow my other angel all day long, ever since I got them. Now it is in the uper left hand coner 1mm from the surface and it has not moved in 2 days....is it sick? It looks like it has mucus on it, should I quarentine it?

Please post water test results. This will help big time. If the water looks good, post your location also. I could tell you what to do if you lived in the U.S., but many meds are unavailable in the U.K.

All the other fish are fine...I dont have test strips, I used my last one one week ago. I do live in the us.
