Babies Having Babies?

Hi all! I had quite the suprise this afternoon when I went to my guppy fry tank and found six brand new babies swimming around! We haven't put any babies in recently and are in awe of these babies!! The fry in the tank are only about two months old (if that, they are about 3\4 inch long) At what age can they become parents? I bough some "feeder fry" at the LFS for $0.14 each because some were very unique looking. I can't wait to see what they look like when they are older! Some of the mailes have bright orange, bright yellow and black little round spots on them with bright orange streaks on the outer edges of their tails. So neat looking! Anyway I just can't believe there are some new babies in my baby tank!!

Two to three months is about time to adulthood.

but they are so little still! When are they full grown?

about 9 months to be fully grown

That's amazing that they can have six or seven full sized babies when they are so small themselves! Is it safe for them to have them so young?
