Babies!! Finally!!

I have not posted for a long time, as I have had some major health problems. My hubby is the one that built his own tank and we did a fishless cycle that I gave daily updates on. Every thing went great and now that tank is the new home to Zebra Danios, but that is not why I am posting.
I HAVE BABIES!!!
My Platties finally decided to have little ones!! I was in bed, when my hubby yelled out " We are the proud parents of FISH!. After I finished laughing my a## off I climbed out of bed to find three good sized babies swimming around as free as could be. As I have not been able to get around I was more than happy to see them. I have to have another operation so maybe when that is over I will be the proud parent of more fish?

Thats fantastic news. I hope the babies are doing well. I still get excited when my fish have babies. Kind of makes it all worthwhile huh.

I have LOTS of babies coming in a months time. I am expecting about 5 fish to have babies. if you can, could you get pics on here.

It seems like you cant wait for the first bunch of babies. THen you are hit by new babies every 28 days or so. I have one tank of guppies left I got rid of the mollies. I couldnt keep enough room for them. And the lady at the lfs want to buy them but she wanted to use them for feeders and I couldnt handle that. So I gave them to neighbors and things like that so they wouldnt be eaten. All I am trying to say is that they fill a tank up fast and one day you all will run out of room. And run into the same situation I was in with them and I dont want that for anyone..

I know, i used to have lots. then i stopped the beginning of this year. NOW i am syched to have them again. its like starting from the beginning... oh yeah... it IS.

I just hope they dont get you out of heart like they did me. I cant stand to see anyone feed them to another fish. That was my problem so I just quit with the mollies all together. I still have a tank of guppies I am going to have to do something with soon and I will have the same problem again..
