Azola Suitable For Aquariums?

Is Azola suitable for putting in a 10G fry tank?
I have some in my pond, and I was just wondering if a small amount could go in a tank?

really depends on the filteration you have, some filters will push the azola down to wrap around the filter inlet. Also depending on your lighting it may take off like a plague and you'll be having to scoop out openings in it on a regular basis. It can also shade out your under water plants.

That said azola is a great plant for fish to spawn in its roots and to stop flighty fish from jumping out of the tank.
