Yay! :) Hubby went shopping, and knowing that one of my favorite fish are Frontosas, he found some F1 (or F2) fry at one of our favorite Cichlid stores. :) He scooped up 4 of them and they're quite happily swimming in our small 20-Gallon with our other "baby" fish that need a lot of growing out before they'll survive in either of our big tanks.

They're so cute, so small and I'm so excited! :D I can't wait for these guys to get big and breed little Frontosas of their own! :D

I haven't thought that far ahead, just yet. :) We're saving for a house and will most likely be in one around September of this year, and sometime after that we'll be putting up new, bigger tanks for both of our African (probably upgrading from a 75 to 125) and South & Central American (bumping up to around 200) communities.

Once this is done, I'll have an empty 75 and an empty 55. The 55 will probably become an isolation tank for those "Just In Case" events..and then teh 75 will probably become an interim home for the Frontosas. Some place for them to grow, and spread their fins a bit...and then I'll probably move them one last time, to a 125. I'm not too concerned about getting them anything right away since they're all of 1/2". :) And, honestly, if I only move them twice throughout the next couple of years, that's still pretty good. :)
