As you know I had to put my female Skittles in the middle section of where the 2 males are. (Middle section just has filter and heater)
I got another tank yesterday for her Im just letting it run for 24 hours before she goes in.
This morning I got up and went over to feed them and saw Skittles had the bars down each of her sides and Spike my lfs VT had a row of bubbles along the side of the glass and Milligan who I am intending to breed with Skittles once I have all the setup had a mini bubble nest about 1 inch across! Its so cute the little nests!
Im now even more desperate to breed them though!!! Im going to order one of those huey hung sponge filters today and maybe a cheap heater if I can find one, and Im looking out for a cheap tank I can use for the breeder tank and maybe if its big enough one that can be used for the growing on tank aswell once the fry are big enough! Id divide it so the breeding bit was smaller though obviously.
