i just thought could i put one of these in my planted tank as its all glass water tight and air and it tells the temperature (yes i have a real thermometer i think it would be fine and awsome

Lol, it's pretty big and colourful :good:. Never thought of that before, never seen a tank with one of them, pretty cool.

You have a couple of non-aquatic plants in there btw, ones on the left ;).
 
what there not aqautic at all
 
its thick glass and its pretty sturdy about the plants tho do i nee to take them out
 
its the plant with white stripes, they are aquatic to a certain extent, they come from 'swampy' areas and are very rarely fully submerged. Spending most of the time exposed to the air probably in pretty muddy substrate, to cut a long story short it will rot away and polute your tank!

Yep, it's Chlorophytum bichetii and also the plant to the left of that.
 
Unless its plastic the plant with white and green leaves is not suitable for underwater
 
yeah okay ill take them out not sure on the thermo metre
