Attching plants to Bog wood or Rocks

I am looking to re-plant my aquarium when I move in February and was wondering what people have used in the past to attach plants to rocks or bog wood. I was thinking about using an elastic band until the plants have rooted or super glueing them to the bog wood?

Any idea's or suggestions?

I use cotton thread or fine fishing line . Dont know bout using super glueon the plant s, A if it would take ans B if you should use superglue in your water.

Serious suggestion, don't use weird fonts/colours/sizes. It makes your posts hard to read, a lot of the regular members will tend to ignore your posts.

Oh ok didn't realise people were so picky. Thought this was just a friendly fish advice area. Glad to see we are all starting the year in a Joyfull mood, Just some more than others it would seem!!!

I'm off to find a less fussy group, Only wanted a bit of advice what a drama..

LOL Can't beat a bit of good old British humour!!

I have used cotton thread for attaching mosses and elastic bands for ferns. The plants should take hold in a couple of weeks.

His loss Lateral Line. I imagine he was slightly offended by your "serious suggestion" comment. I suppose the written word can be so easily mis-interpreted, a friendly comment can be taken the wrong way. It's happened to me before now.
