Aro And His Buddies :d

Aro is my male VT betta
as i have been on this site i have slowly become more and more addicted to fish and him

He's situated in a 6gal tank with 5 fire tetra that are around like 0.5cm - 1cm in length
at first i was worried about him eating them
i checked him the night not long after moving him as he was with the females until i learnt that it was not right to do so.
And i noticed i had one tetra missing, it gave me a heart attack as i could not find him nor a body to say he may have died.
i fed them as i usualy to around that time.
looked back to see five still there

Aro seems to really love the tetra and they love him too.
they even seem more happy than before, strange
I fed them blood worm today and the tetra's stole them right out his mouth
Hes such a softy

Tetra, i beleive to be fire tetra (Aro's tank Mates that bully him)

I love the shimmer of him too

I know right, its what made me chose him.
Though his colour has really flourished since i got him, he was almost black looking with a tint of navy blue and he did have a slight shimmer to him.
