I,ve grown them up quite well on crunched up ordinary flake food rubbed between the fingers into powder.

A mortar and pestle works better

LMAO I'm not posh! I got one from the Reject Shop for about AU$2 works a charm and now I don't get fish flakes stuck under my nails anymore!

i used regular flake...crushed of course! but i do find that the wee ones like liquid fry food!
