The other otto looks fine desperatley trying to check my L134 but as good as i can check they look fine. Checked my other fish and everything looks good nothing out of the ordinary apart from 2 ottos could this be GREEDY / PREGNANT / ILL . Done a water check 0 nitrate 0 ammonia and nitrates well within range. Any body any advice

Been running nearly 4 months. Havent done anything to the tank for a long while and havent put any more fish in the tank since middle of jan and there havent been any problems until now.

sounds like they have eaten a lot. Did they get fed earlier today?

No havent fed them today, but there is algae in the tank and they are always attacking tha plants. Someone has told me to add intrepet No9 to be on the safe side what do you think.

not sure what Interpet #9 is.

It would be unlikely that two of them have come down with an internal bacterial infection at the same time. Perhaps they over grazed on algae or maybe they are developing eggs.
Offer them some food and see if they eat. If they do then they should be fine.

I don't like medicating when I'm not sure it is necessary. I would just leave them be. If all they look is round and there isn't any discoloration I would venture to guess that they just ate a lot of algae. Ottos should have nice round tummies.

They're both swimming in the same water. Of course it would be likely for one to have something if the other did.

In my experience it is very uncommon to have two fish come down with an internal bacterial infection at exactly the same time. A day or two apart and maybe but not exactly the same time. The immune system on each fish is slightly different and each fish can react differently to the same disease. A slightly bigger (2mm longer) fish will have more muscle for the bacteria to invade and it will take a few hours longer to see the same symptoms that are present in a smaller fish of the same species.

Having said that it could still be an internal bacterial problem.
