as in the title will they do any harm to my tank

i used something very similar on my amazon swords with pretty good results .

ahh cool ive seen root tabs but never the larger ones

i cant remember the exact brand i used but they were basicly the same . quite large and almost like a load of "seeds" or little balls all stuck together in 1 mass.
