Found two very tiny creatures in my tank tonight. I think they are snails? Should I remove them? Will they multiply like crazy and take over the tank? What are the procs and cons of snails??? Photos attached.

Yes they are snails. I would remove them. They can eat algae but when overfed they spawn like crazy.

up to you if you want to remove them. they won't cause any harm if that is your worry? snails are generally good for the aquarium ecosystem. As HoldenOn mentions, they're a good indicator for whether you're overfeeding.

So it looks like I do have Ramshorn snails, spotted a bigger one today.... I read an article stating these snails could transmit parasites/flukes to my fish.... is this true?

I was planning to leave a couple of them in the tank for waste clean up, but reading that now I am worried to leave them in there.
