Hi and welcome to the forum
Is the tank cycled? What are your ammonia, nitrIte,nitrAte and pH levels and what fish are in there at the moment? If you don't know what cycling is you should start by reading through the links in my signature. Then I suggest searching the beginners forum. If you're still unsure (particularly on how to fishless cycle), feel free to ask me.
For the gouramies you'll want it heavily planted as well.
Licorice gouramies are rather fragile. They'd work with the sparklers fine though and they should be ok with baby mollies though not with adults.
Mollies over 1.5" tend to display a dislike for gouramies in general and would be risky to keep with licorice or sparkling gouramies which are so small. BTW, many people don't realise that mollies get quite big (4" on average) and thus need quite a big tank if you want to keep several.
Oh and I should add that licorice gouramies should be kept as a pair while the sparklers would be better kept as a trio (1 male, 2 females) or as a group of 5-6 with 2 males and 3-4 females. And mollies need to be kept at a ratio of 2 females for every male.
Obviously I don't know how much of this you already know

Regardless, good luck, let us know what you decide and feel free to ask any questions.
