Are These Eggs In My Tank?

Corys? Now then, you never said you had any corys. Did they look like this then...

When I first read the description I thought cory eggs, but now you say you do indeed have cory's I'd say it's a done deal!

That's EXACTLY how they appear. I have 3 albinos in the tank, which I forgot to mention because the supplier assured me categorically that they'd been sexed and were all males. Hah! Obviously not. I found a vid on YouTube of an albino laying eggs and it's exactly the spread, pattern & volume I had. Who'd have thought a wee fish could produce sp many eggs?!

Thanks for all your help, folks. Much appreciated. ;)

I'll just add that if you actually want the eggs to hatch and to then raise the fry then take a look on the Cory sub-forum where that area is well covered. I successfully raised 12 Peppered Cory fry after following the advice that Harelquins kindly gave me. I found it a very rewarding experience. If you are interested, the thread I started is here....

Hi Scoots :)

When I see this question I always go rushing to reply that they are the corys spawning. That's what they usually are. But since you didn't mention having any...........

Why not post pictures of your corys in the Corydoras section and we can tell you if, indeed, you have all males. If you can get a picture of all three taken from the top of the tank, we will be able to tell for sure.

I've often found that the sales people in many lfs cannot tell a male cory from a female. It's more difficult too if you bought them at a young age. Since you've just got a batch, you might get another before the weather starts getting warm. If you think you might want to raise them, we'll be happy to help you.
