this is my last ditch attempt at keeping store bought guppies now! so i have another giant female + a baby [dont know who that one belonged to though bt she didnt eat her lol]

but i was just wondering if there are giant males out there?

other than that what is the probability of having giant ofspring if i breed a normal male with her? or the best way to go about this?

thanks =]

i saw a couple the other day about 2 and a half inces long. all female tho

she's about 3 inches from head to tail give or take a few mm lol

Id just like to produce giant offspring :)

I have the same question as you MewMew. I have a giant guppy like yours also, but i bred her with the normal size male, and only the female offspring were big, and still not as big as her yet, after 5 months. The male i bred her with is pretty big though, 2 inches.

These are usually old breed stock from farms, they well them off once their 18 month's old to bring on younger fish that produce better fry.

Their nothing special about them just shoe's how large females can get if kept correctly with loads of food and plenty of space.
