Just wondered if there is any treatments in the uk for tapeworm infections or internal paracests?

I'm pretty sure you can get Hex-a-Mit in UK. Isn't that effective against internal parasites? Jungle Products makes a product called Parasite Guard which is a fizzing tablet, that I also believe you can get.
