Are Ny Neons Mating?

I have been watching two of my neons today and while I am used to them almost fighting, today it looks different. Today then one of them is rubbing its side along another, it is soft and the two of them are away from the rest.

I have read a lot though that breeding them is very hard and you have to follow a lot of processes such as changes in feeding and water etc.

Could it be mating?

IT could well be yes. Could be the male chasing the female. But i dont knw much about there breeding patterns. But if i were in your shoes. id be asking the same question.

It is a weird one, seems like one is rubbing its side in the other ones face!
