Are My Tiger Barbs Breeding?

i have 8 tiger barbs in my 800L tank. i found little bunches of red eggs and was wondering if they could be from the tiger barbs... in the last while they have been showing strange behaviour, like swimming round in circles nipping each others nose's! and some of them hang out at the side of the tank among the Java ferns staying still with there heads down (where i found the eggs)?? also my black (skirt) tetra chases them from time to time, which is funny due the barbs agressive reputation!

If you found eggs... and the only fish you have are tiger barbs.. its pretty obvious what happened haha.. unless you got some snails, but their eggs are white.
