Are my plants dying

As the title says, are they dying or is it just
the old leaves dying off as they are pretty new plants.
I know its mot brown algae because it does not wipe off.
I fert with seachem flourish, mricrobe-lift Iron fert every water change and root tabs for the swords.

Unless you have a lot of red plants and high light you can skip dosing Iron. Seachem Flourish I believe is a micro/trace fert so will contain iron anyway.

Is there any growth visible on any of the plants? Do you have fish in the tank? New plants will often get a bit of die off as they settle in.

The fish i have are
5 odessa barbs
8 Colombian tetra
1 red tail shark
1 electric blue acara
2 botia dario loach
Would you recommend a better fert instead of seachem flourish

You are dosing too much iron, it is in the photos. Seachem Flourish Comprehensive once a week, and Flourish Tabs for the larger plants is all you need. Assuming the light is OK.

As above.
Many aquarium plants are actually cultivated out of water, so there is a period of adjustment when they find themselves submerged.
A useful tip is to remove dying/damaged leaves. This will save the plant from spending valuable resources in trying to save them and will spend those resources in growing new leaves.
When cutting plants, only use very sharp scissors...you don't want to crush the plant where you cut it.
