Are My Glofish Breeding?

i cant really tell the sex of my glofish, but i think they are all females. i have a small pink one, two large green ones, and an even smaller orange one with a yellow guppy. my pink one loves her(?) coral reeef thing i put in it and shes always by it. one of the green ones came over to pick at the rocks by the coral and she was like, i dont know how to explain it... she chased her (?) but she was like right next to her and they like did a circle. its the morning and i read thats when they breed... are they breeding? they have been doing it a lot. p.s. i dont want babies.

From my experience, if you don't have enough they will constantly take turns chasing and one may be more dominate than the others. I had 3 (2 long finned, 1 short) for over a year. The short was always a bully and chasing and circling. He actually died yesterday. The two long get along fine though. No more bickering after a year and a half of it.

are you talking about guppies? im talking about glofish

Even if they do spawn, they'll eat the eggs. It's very uncommon to get danio fry without trying to save them.

If the fry do hatch in the main tank, they will probably rise to the water surface near the tank edges, if my Pearl fry are anything to go by! Out of the 23 spotted, 6 have made it through to "propper" looking 1.5cm juveniles, still in a breeding net.
