I've had mine for about 6 months now, and they've gone from 2.5" to maybe 3.0". They are in a 90 gallon, so have a lot of room, and are fed a large variety of food. How long does it take for a kissing gourami to reach full size?

not trying to steal the thread...i have a kissing gourami that's made about the same progress in the same amount of time..smaller tank though...i have the same question so i'm excited for an answer as well....

That depends on a lot of things - such as the tank's temperature. how many times you feed and exactly what their diet consists of. They are not very fast growers by gourami standards but, compared to other fish, they are pretty quick. Half an inch in six months seems a little slow to me - but I haven't exactly measured growing kissers regularly to be certain.
