Is it safe to use Araldite epoxy resin in small amounts in fish tanks ?

hmmmm, probably wouldn't risk it unless you are 100% sure all the ingredients are aquarium/fish safe.
Superglue made from pure Cyanoacrylate is the best bet. Well known to be safe.
