. People wont be staring at the fish tank forever and watch fish slowly go by. Maybe it would be better to get a digital camera and just make a video of your fish swimming so you can follow them and stuff. Its pretty much the same. If your really committed to buying an underwater cam then you'll need roughly 50-100 bucks to buy the equipment from the lens and the protector. Im not a photography Major but I still would imagine the equipment you'll need.
??I don't think you'll find a webcam at 30fps with a 640x480 picture. Most Mini DV Cameras can't even go that well. If you want a live webcam, you're thinking about 1fps with a 320x240 picture. There are probably some webcams that could do this, but they are VERY high tech.
