Aquarium Salt and Aquari Sol question

I have a bad Ich problem that was effecting my neon tetras and now is very badly effecting my Black Neons. I was using Maricyn and it helped but I ran out and am now using Aquari Sol. What is the recommended dosage for a 20 gallon tank? It says 12 drops per 10 gallons as a preventative. That can't be the treatment dose, can it? Im also using aquarium salt. How often should this be used?

Never mix medications. Run carbon and do at least a little water change before using a new medication.
