hey, i know some of you guys have made your own ornaments for your tanks and i was wondering if any one had used Fimo. is it safe?

Does it say "non toxic" or "safe for children" ??? If so, then ANYTHING is safe !

Sorry for my ignorance. Is fimo that coloured plasticine stuff you shape then bake in the oven? I would want to find out exactly what its made of first. I think it is full of chemicals like petrolium derived compounds but is might be fine after it is hardened just like other petrolium based plastics.
